Mega Man: The Cooperative Card Game
Mega Man: The Cooperative Card Game was an exercise in adapting a media property from one medium to another. Because Mega Man is chiefly a video game series, and because the series pioneered the ability to select the order in which stages are played, I decided to focus on adapting this key feature to the analog game medium. Mega Man: CCG adapts the video game series to the card game format while retaining the “stage select” feature, platforming hazards, and special weapons taken from robot masters, as well as adding a cooperative element to the series.
There are three heroes to choose from.
These are the cards in Mega Man's hero deck.
These are the cards in Proto Man's hero deck. Proto Man can use some of the same cards as Mega Man.
These are the cards in Bass' hero deck.
These are the cards in the Air Man stage deck. There are 8 stage decks in total and 1 Wily Castle deck to be played once the other stage decks have been beaten.
This is the boss deck, to be incorporated into Wily's Castle stage.
